Team Manager (Business Developer) 部门经理 （业务开发）- 汽车、工业和机械行业

Task(s):

• Lead the projects and assist the Automotive & Machinery team to ensure the program is running at an efficient level and maintain the customer satisfactions & trust.
• Manage projects from kick off to final delivery, efficient project communication with our global & local teams, local customers.
• Drive and monitor the process of information development process and support team with problems solving.
• Drive business development activities by providing our Product Information offerings to support the growth with both existing customers and potential new customers.
• Lead the department budget, forecasting & cost controlling and staffing.
• Team skills development.

Requirement(s):

• Bachelor’s degree and above.

• 10+ years’ experience within the Automotive & Machinery aftersales service industry; at least 5 years program, team management and/or business development experience.

• Technical background from the area of the technical documentation is a plus.
• Clear understanding of project management processes and methodologies, and desire to continuously improve and progress. PMP certified is a plus.
• Proven cases on the new customers development from the Automotive and machinery industries.
• Ability to lead meetings with different key stakeholders from our global teams in Europe.
• Very fluent English in both oral and written.
• Strong analytical and quality oriented in the daily work.
