Technical Author 技术文档工程师 (食品饮料加工、包装行业)

Task(s): 工作职责

• Work proactively with OEM product engineering (R&D) department and manufacturing & process department to collect the technical design inputs to start the documentation authoring.

主动与客户主机厂工程设计部门(R＆D)部门、制造和工艺设计部门合作，收集产品技术设计规范输入以启动技术手册(内容)开发。

• Writing & maintaining the technical documentation and illustrations, Proofreading the technical publications.

编写、维护技术文档和插图，审核校对技术出版物。

• Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to make sure the content is accurate and delivered as scheduled.

与客户保持密切沟通审查开发的内容，以确保内容准确并按计划交付。

• Drive the process of content development from authoring, engineering review, editing updates to release.

推动内容开发过程，从创作、工程审查、编辑更新到发布。

Requirement(s): 职位要求

• College degree or above. Engineering background is preferred.

大专及以上学历，工程背景优先考虑。

• 3+ years’ technical documentation and/or Technical Service within the industries of Food & Drinks Process, Packaging and Machinery.

3年以上技术文档或售后技术服务经验，食品饮料加工、包装和机械行业相关领域优先考虑。

• Familiar with DITA, XML editors, illustration tools, Content Management System (CMS).

熟悉DITA、XML编辑工具、图片绘制工具以及内容管理系统。

• High-level English language skills (CET-4 and above) and excellent English skill in both written and oral.

英语语言技能(CET-4及以上)，优秀的英语听说读写能力。

• Proactive communication both within the project team internally and with the client externally.

在项目团队内部和外部与客户进行主动沟通。

• Process and quality oriented in the daily work.
