Automotive After-sales Service Engineer 汽车售后服务工程师

Task(s): 工作职责

Work proactively with OEM engineering (R&D) department/Aftersales service department to collect the technical design inputs to start the content authoring.

Writing/maintaining the technical instructions (Operating manual/Quick guides/Service & Maintenance manual/Parts catalog Manual) and illustrations, Proof reading the technical publications.

Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to make sure the content is accurate and delivered as scheduled.

Drive the process of content development from authoring, engineering review, editing updates to release.

Requirement(s): 职位要求

College degree or above. Vehicle engineering/Mechanical design and manufacturing/Electrics are preferred.

大专及以上学历，车辆工程，机械设计与制造，电气等专业。

5+ years’ experience within the product development or service industry (or working as Service engineer or technician). Technical manuals and catalog development experience, especially for electric cars is preferred.

5年以上产品开发或售后服务行业（或服务工程师或维修技师）的经验。技术维修手册/使用手册/零件目录开发经验者优先，特别是电动汽车。

Familiar with some of the XML editors/illustration tools/CMS and Authoring software. Expert in developing structured and reusable content using XML/DITA/S1000D is preferred.

High-level English language skills (CET-4 and above) and 2 year+ working experience using English as the working language.
